Redefined Studios Weekend Day Camp – FAQ

What ages do you accept?

We welcome children ages 1 through 12. Activities are designed to be age-appropriate with different groups for toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age kids.

What are the hours of camp?

Weekend Day Camp runs from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Drop-off begins at 7:00 AM and pick-up is no later than 5:15 PM. Late pickup fees apply after 5:15 PM. After Camp is available until 6pm at an additional cost

Do you provide meals?

We do not provide lunch. Campers must bring a packed lunch from home. Please ensure your child eats breakfast before arriving. We provide two nutritious snacks each day. Please alert staff to any allergies.

What is the cost?

  • Registration Fee (one-time, non-refundable): $25

  • Daily Camp Rate: $50 per child per day

  • All fees must be paid in full prior to attendance.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No. Space is limited, and advance registration is required to ensure proper staffing and safety.

What happens when schools are closed during the week?

We also operate Out-of-School Day Camps during school breaks or teacher in-service days for the same $50 daily rate. Parents must complete an Out-of-School Request Form to add these days to our schedule.

Kids Trick-or-Treating

What should my child bring?

  • A packed lunch (clearly labeled)

  • A water bottle

  • Comfortable clothes and shoes for active play

  • Any required personal items (diapers, wipes, etc. for younger children)

Is there a dress code?

Children should wear clothing they can move and play in. Closed-toe shoes are required for safety.

Are there activities for all ages?

Yes. Campers are divided by age group and rotate through sports, dance, arts, and creative enrichment activities that match their developmental stage.

How do I register?

  • Parents can complete the registration packet at the link below. A $25 registration fee secures your child’s spot. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Classmates

What if my child is absent?

Please notify the camp director by phone if your child will not attend. Refunds are not issued for absences.

What safety measures are in place?

All staff are trained in CPR, First Aid, and Child Abuse Recognition. Ratios are maintained according to ODJFS guidelines. Children are supervised at all times.
