About the event
The Redefining the Future: A Youth Impact & Community Leadership Gala is a purpose-driven fundraising event created to address one of the most pressing challenges facing our city today: the lack of structured, positive, and safe opportunities for youth.
Across our community, many teenagers are navigating life without consistent mentorship, accountability, or access to programs that foster discipline, confidence, and leadership. When youth lack structure and positive outlets, they are more vulnerable to negative influences, disengagement, and unsafe environments. This gala exists to shift that narrative — by highlighting real solutions, elevating youth voices, and investing in programs that work.
Hosted by Fiercely Redefined Dance Team (FRDT), this event brings together community leaders, educators, youth advocates, parents, corporate partners, and supporters for an evening of meaningful dialogue, celebration, and action.
