STUNT WARS

Stunt Wars: Each team will choose two dancers to showcase their best stunts. Each dancer will get 30 seconds, and then we will start the process of elimination. There will be three rounds total, all rounds will be fast. ​

FIELD SHOW

FieldShow (with a Creative twist): The routine in this category is not to exceed 4 minutes. This category is for your team to showcase their best Field Show presentation While Carrying out a Theme. In this category the judges will look for precision, stunts, use of floor, formations, synchronization, showmanship, difficulty and originality. Be creative and have FUN!

STAND BATTLE

Stand Battle: This category will feature teams lined up on opposing sides of the floor (only two teams at a time). Stands shouldn't exceed 16 - Eight Counts.

Battle Rules:

• Maximum of 15 dancers on the floor.

• Only one person can lead, no switching.

• No props may be thrown or tossed over boundary lines or at opposing teams.

• Only one team is permitted to throw a stand at a time. No un-sportsman-like behaviors will be tolerated during stand battle.

• The team will not cross the designated line that will be pointed out before the stand battle. If team crosses designated line team will be disqualified.

Numbers will be pulled at competition. The teams will be paired on the date of the competition.

Each team will throw 2 stands in each round (Fast and Medium). Each Team Will need a total of two Fast and two Medium. For the Final Round there will be a Special Mix Sent out by June 1st (Mix will be 1 minute long and will include several tempos).

***In the event of a tie, the Captain or chosen member from each team will go head to head in an all-out face-to-face (may not cross boundary line) battle!!!!***
